Risk of Presence of Fine and Ultrafine Particles at Work Place of Specific Industry

Submitted Master’s thesis deals with risks of fine and ultrafine particles occurrence in the industrial workplace area of automotive production. The introductory part has been analyzing the contemporary state of art defining basic terms, qualities, ways of measurement and health risks involved with fine and ultrafine particles. Furthermore, the research deals with the legal framework based around fine and ultrafine particles exposure in the workplace and the management of work-related risks in general. The experimental part of the thesis describes devices and conditions of measurement in the industrial company. The results of each measurement have been presented with the emphasis on inhalant exposure. Technical and organizational measures have been proposed on the basics of obtained results to reduce potential health risks of employees involved in exposure of fine and ultrafine particles. Final chapter of the thesis concludes obtained results, findings and in practice recommendations.

Remuneration System in the Company and its Draft Change

This thesis examines the current state of the remuneration system in the selected company AT Weldsteel Ltd. The theoretical part defines the basic terms of motivation and remuneration system and evaluation of employees. The practical part is concerned with the present state of the company and include a questionnaire survey. For a more objective assessment of the situation is made even a research among employers and employees in the most important area - motivation. The final part contains a suggestion for improvement and the overall economic evaluation.

Ergonomic environment of nursery school and its influence on preschool children from the teacher's point of view

The bachelor's thesis is focused on ergonomic enviroment in nursery school and its influence on preschool children from the teacher's point of view. Theoretical part deals with types of enviromen ts that affect children. The term "ergonomics" itself and also its components are clarified in the thesis. Ergonomic factors that can positively or negatively influence adults or children in their "work enviroment" are described. Practical part was carried out using a questionnaire. Twenty questions were answered by 98 nursery school teachers. Also the method of observation was used. I was present in ten nursery schools. There, I focused on every detail connected with ergonomics. The results of the research confirmed the influence of ergonomics on preschool children.
